What was the last book you really got into?
I still need to finish it, but I have been reading this Brazilian book called “o vilarejo” (“the village” in English. It’s composed of 7 horror stories that all take place in this village, each one relates to one of the deadly sins.
What’s your favorite alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink?
I usually just drink beer when it comes to alcohol, but I also like caipirinha, which is a fruit and liquor drink that’s really popular in brazil. For the non-alcoholic I gotta say coffee, which is always by my side.
What are you kind of obsessed with these days?
That would be Winona Ryder, since I re-watched Beetlejuice last month I have been fascinated by her work.
Are you a morning person or a night owl?
I have always been a night person, especially earlier this crazy year that had me waking up at 4pm everyday. I have been trying to fix my sleep schedule lately and have been waking up around 11am everyday, hate mornings though.
What was the last show you binge-watched?
It was this anime called Neon Genesis Evangelion, which the ending of it has drained my mind in a way no show has done before.
What music artist do you never get tired of?
Once I start liking an artist I never stop, so there’s a lot of them. I got to say Arctic Monkeys for this one, because even though the indie teenager phase is finished I am still stuck on that era.
What are some things everyone should try at least once?
Shrooms, even though I don’t have the best relationship with psychedelics, I would recommend it, if done safely.
What’s the best thing that has happened to you this month?
The last 30 days have actually been the craziest, I might be working with Cage the Elephant, which is my favorite band.
What do you do to unwind?
Depending where I am at, I like to sit or lay down outside and close my eyes.
What’s your favorite piece of furniture you’ve ever owned?
This small table I had last year was my baby, I would use it for my laptop, drawing, eating, everything.
What would be the best city to live in?
I went to Amsterdam for a weekend and can imagine myself living there easily, even though I am not a weed head anymore it’s still a beautiful city with the nicest people.
What is the most beautiful view you’ve seen?
I tend to like really minimalistic views, like the desert, mountains or the beach. From those options I have only been to the beach before, so I gotta go with the classic looking at the ocean horizon type view.
Who’s your favorite character from a TV show, movie, or book?
Courage, the cowardly dog for sure.
What’s the best meal you’ve ever had?
Besides your home and your work, where do you spend most of your time?
Well, at the moment nowhere, due to the pandemic. But I would be at the bar otherwise.
What’s the worst or best job you’ve had?
Not counting being an artist, the best one has to be my first job, which was working at this petshop when I was 15. The worst one was at a real estate agency, where I would sit down all day having to fix people’s problems.
What would you do with the extra time if you never had to sleep
I think about this too much. And the answer is watch movies, since I always feel like I don’t have time for it.

Not working for someone else.

What are you looking forward to in 2021?
I can’t wait for all this madness to be done and be able to travel. Career wise I want to put more focus into my clothing brand.
